Change of Mind Returns

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Items Received

If we accidentally send the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days.

  • We will organise a return label and send the correct product at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened liquids (epoxy resin, clear coats, pigments, solvents)

  • Clearance items

  • Custom-mixed or special-order products

All returns must be authorised by our team before sending anything back.
