Do you sell to the general public, or only to the trade?
We proudly supply to both trade professionals and the general public. While we offer exclusive pricing for registered Trade Account holders, anyone is welcome to purchase our professional-grade supplies at our competitive retail prices.
Are your roller covers suitable for all paint types?
Our premium woven polyester roller covers (like our 12mm NAP range) are highly versatile and ideal for flat and low-sheen paints. If you have a specific coating or epoxy you are working with, please reach out to our team for a tailored recommendation.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If a product is marked as out of stock, please contact us. We receive regular warehouse deliveries and can often provide an estimated time of arrival or source an equivalent alternative for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Trade Account holders may also purchase on their approved 30-day terms.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please call us immediately. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to amend it, but you can utilise our returns process.
What is your returns policy?
