Manufacturer Warranty

Most tools, accessories, and equipment include a manufacturer-backed warranty.
This generally covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover:

• Misuse or incorrect application

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper storage

• Unapproved modifications

What’s Not Covered

Due to the nature of consumable items, the following are not covered by warranty:

• Epoxy liquids (resin or hardener)

• Pigments and colourants

• Flakes and additives

• Clear coats, primers, and coatings

These products must be stored and used according to instructions to avoid spoilage.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item is faulty under warranty, contact us with:
✔ Your order number
✔ Photos or videos of the issue
✔ Details of how the product was used

We will assess the claim and, if approved, organise a repair, replacement, or credit depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
