OJG Trade Supplies makes every effort to contact customers regarding orders that require collection or additional information to complete delivery.

If an order remains uncollected or undeliverable due to incorrect details, lack of response, or refusal of delivery, the following applies:

• Orders not claimed within 30 days will be considered abandoned.

• We will send a minimum of two attempts to contact you via email or phone.

• After 30 days, the order may be disposed of, resold, or returned to stock at our discretion.

• No refund will be issued for abandoned or uncollected orders.

• Additional storage, handling, or redelivery fees may apply if the customer requests a new delivery after the 30-day period, subject to stock availability.
