What are the standard payment terms?

Approved Trade Accounts receive 30-day end-of-month credit terms. This means any purchases made during a calendar month are due for payment on the 30th of the following month, helping you manage your project cash flow more effectively.

Is there a minimum spend required to maintain a Trade Account?

There is no minimum spend required to open an account. However, to maintain your exclusive trade pricing tier and active credit terms, we generally expect regular trading activity. Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be subject to review.

Can multiple staff members purchase under my company's account?

Yes. When setting up your account, you can nominate authorised purchasers. This ensures only your approved staff or site managers can place orders or collect supplies on your behalf.
